Dr. Penny Neild MD FRCP is a
Gastroenterologist at St. George’s Hospital and
Honorary Senior Lecturer at St. George’s University
of London (SGUL).
Her practice includes all aspects of
luminal Gastroenterology, including
gastro-oesophageal reflux, dyspepsia, irritable
bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel
disease, GI malignancy and colonic polyps.
She is skilled in performing the
following procedures: diagnostic and therapeutic
gastroscopy and colonoscopy, insertion of feeding
tubes (nasogastric, nasojejunal, endoscopic
gastrostomy).
Her particular clinical interests lie
in functional bowel disorders and nutritional
problems and she is closely involved in several
influential national bodies:
